All participants will have the opportunity to breathe once and sit for a breather once.
An Introductory Talk will be given on Friday evening after supper for anyone who has not experienced Holotropic Breathwork before.
All meals and refreshments are provided.
Our events are for a maximum of 12 people. We have had a lot of interest and expect places to go quickly, so please book as early as you can.
Please book your accommodation early, as we live in a National Park. We have a list available.
Cost: £300 on registration. On receipt of your registration form we will send payment details. Your place will be secured with full payment. Non-refundable administration fee: £100.
Cancellation policy: Cancellation refund will be £200. If cancellation is necessary because of illness or unexpected significant events then we can hold a place for you at a future event, and we would retain your payment.
Once you have completed a Registration Form, we will set up a conversation to answer any questions and to ensure Holotropic Breathwork is right for you.
Contraindications for Holotropic Breathwork®?
There are some physical and psychological conditions that are considered contraindications to doing this work.
Holotropic Breathwork is not appropriate for pregnant women, or for people with cardiovascular problems, severe hypertension, recent surgery, broken bones or fractures, acute infectious diseases, epilepsy or some psychiatric conditions.
You will be asked to complete a medical form as part of the registration process for our workshops.
