All participants will have the opportunity to breathe, and sit for a breather, twice.

Our opening circle will take place for everyone before supper on Thursday. An Introductory Talk will be held after supper for anyone who has not experienced Holotropic Breathwork before.

All meals and refreshments are provided.

Our events are for a maximum of 12 people. We have had a lot of interest and expect places to go quickly, so please book as early as you can.

Please book your accommodation early, as we live in a National Park. We have a list available, which we can send you.

Cost: £725 on registration. On receipt of your registration form we will send payment details. Your place will be secured with full payment. Non-refundable administration fee: £100.

Cancellation policy: For cancellations up to one month before the event, Fee less the administration charge. Cancellation within 30 days of event: Refund £500. If cancellation is necessary because of illness or unexpected significant events, then we can hold a place for you at a future event, and we will retain your payment.

Once you have completed a Registration Form, we will set up a conversation to answer any questions and to ensure Holotropic Breathwork is right for you.
